As Theasby and Firth (Bish Bash Bosh!) developed ideas for their previous cookbooks and started to gain weight, they realized they'd become "indulgent eaters." Their latest work, while it includes recipes, is primarily a handbook for renewed, sustained health, containing detailed explanations of lifestyles that incorporate more plant-based eating and living, especially helpful if you're unsure of where to begin. Chapters advise everyone, including athletes, on eating well while still receiving essential nutrients. The authors also touch on getting a good night's sleep, practicing meditation, and developing an exercise schedule. The 60 recipes will bring a rainbow to your plate and could not be simpler. Clear, step-by-step instructions ensure success every time, using ingredients that are easily sourced.
