Men may admire the workmanship of a beautiful Grandmother's Flower Garden quilt, but when you give them a quilt, something a bit more macho is probably in order. Quilters searching for patterns that will appeal to men will find this work an excellent source of patterns and ideas for adapting those patterns to the interests of their "fellas." Most of the quilts are wall-hanging size, while others could be used as throws. Themes include sports, cars, traveling, and fishing, and all patterns include step-by-step instructions and full-sized templates as well as a full-page color photo of each quilt. A good choice for public libraries.
