Narrator Benjamin Soames's unhurried tones of quiet wonder add drama to the stories of men who influenced history with their gadgets. While Soames uses a factual style of delivery, his presentation is well suited to the extended biographies, and his voice reveals personal interest in the subject matter that will surely be transferred to listeners.
