The complex issues are made comprehensible by straightforward writing and clear organization. "Key Themes," "Key Personality," and "Key Moment" text boxes present additional information, while "Eyewitness" boxes offer firsthand accounts. The books are illustrated with photos, maps, and reproductions. This series represents the best in history books for young readers.
