This compact audio lesson on caring for back pain contains lessons on posture, gentle movement, yoga-like exercises, and systematic touching of pressure points on the neck, back, legs, and abdomen. A printed picture guide illustrates the pressure points and postural exercises. If familiar with the author's other programs or his reputation, listeners will find this to be an effective, right-to-the-point lesson. When using this program daily as the author recommends, the listener will find that the minimal introduction makes sense--one wouldn't want the introduction repeated again and again. Like many audios at the forefront of today's alternative healing movement, the program is well done and, for many, could be a worthwhile alternative to pain medicine or surgical interventions. T.W.
