Professor Sarah Todd teaches in the School of Social Work at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Her research focuses on social work education and community development, particularly in the area of grassroots youth organizing. She teachers courses on social work theory and practice, community organizing, gender and sexuality and critical education.

Associate Professor Julie Drolet teaches in the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Calgary’s Central and Northern Alberta Region in Edmonton, Alberta. Her research focuses on disaster social work, examining resilience, long-term recovery, social protection and community development. She teaches courses on social work research, social work practice with immigrants and refugees, sustainability and social development, international social work, and field education.
