Stop eating dead carcasses--no meat, fish, dairy. Renée Raudman is one of the best narrators in the business, but even she can't entertain and enlighten the listener amid the continual insulting name-calling. There are "kick-ass recipes for hungry girls who want to stop eating crap (and start looking hot!)."
