The Lord God Made Them All

Narrator Christopher Timothy takes us back a half-century to the rural veterinary practice of the Dr. James Herriot. Timothy's laughter, scolding, sadness, and all manner of storytelling come bundled in bucolic Yorkshire accents. Like a performance wizard, he speaks life into the characters, allowing listeners to enjoy a fantasy voyage into the emotional storms of the doctor and his patients. As though harvested at random from distant memories, the introspective episodes transform curious nonhuman cases into tales of suspense and comedy.
