This recycled and updated edition of Rainier and Grace: An Intimate Portrait (1989) is timed to tie in and coincide with the theatrical release of Grace of Monaco, starring Nicole Kidman. The book was originally written by Grimaldi family friend Robinson with the full cooperation of Prince Rainier, Prince Albert, Princess Caroline, and Princess Stephanie; one wonders if enough new information has come to light to warrant a revised volume. Regardless, the mythology of Princess Grace continues to fascinate, and the film should spark renewed interest among old fans as well as spawn a new generation of admirers.
