This I Believe--Life Lessons

This third audiobook release of essays from NPR's radio program "This I Believe" focuses on the lessons that have proved central to people from various walks of life. The authors of these brief essays--everyday people, young and old, rich and poor--read their works aloud in their own voices, providing the listener with a more meaningful and touching listening experience. The concept of having people read the philosophies by which they live was first developed by Edward R. Murrow. The featured narrators recount pivotal moments in their lives that taught them valuable lessons, which, in turn, have provided guiding principles for how they conduct their lives.
