Fernando (Dragon's Lair, 2015) continues her Wind Dragons Motorcycle Club series with Anna, who wanted only to be reconnected with her brother, Rake, until she lays eyes on Arrow, a fellow Wind Dragons member. Arrow knows that trying to avoid her attraction to him is useless, but it is not mutual: he does not want her. Or rather, he won't allow himself to want her. Arrow is in a self-imposed state of misery because he blames himself for his girlfriend's death several years earlier. Their will-they-or-won't-they dance is tender, heartwarming, and sometimes frustrating. Feisty, outspoken Anna is a great foil to Arrow's brooding seriousness. Previously featured Faye helps Anna understand the biker culture, and when she does make mistakes, Arrow is there every step of the way to save her, protect her, and, ultimately, love her. As in the previous book, there is plenty of attitude, sass, and very hot sex.
