A pastor in his native Colombia, Jaramillo Cardenas currently directs the Hispanic Ministries of the International Bible Society in Miami. In an unconventional approach to leadership, he shows readers how to apply basic biblical leadership skills, as portrayed in the life of Christ, to their careers. The author describes Jesus as the ultimate executive, able to form a close-knit team that followed his vision and goals and to build an enterprise, Christian faith, that has lasted over 2,000 years.
