Mindfulness, as this book's subtitle makes clear, is the key ingredient of this guide to finding balance, betterment, and stress relief while baking bread. Broken into seven chapters, with one recipe per chapter, Bread Therapy provides guidance, mindfulness, and insight into the act of making and baking a loaf of bread. This will appeal more to the baker looking inward than to a casual reader looking for a quick bread to bake. Hand-drawn illustrations are more decorative than explanatory, and accompany the focus or theme of each chapter.
