Breaking the Jewish Code

With this title, author Stone writes for Christians who wish to learn about Judaism and its four-thousand-year survival. He believes that Christians will learn much from these successes that they can apply to their own lives, particularly in the areas of family, health, finances, and blessings upon future generations. Narrator Tim Lundeen has a deep, clear voice, and he reads with authority. However, his straightforward style limits the emotional impact of a book that tries to inspire listeners to appreciate new ideas. What is most disconcerting is that Lundeen noticeably mispronounces a number of words associated with Judaism, such as "Purim" and "dreidel."
