spacepenguin - Amelia Bedelia's mom and dad told her they were going to take her to camp, but she didn't want to go. However, when she got to the camp she liked it. She made new friends. And she made a best friend on the bus. This is a good book for kids age 5 and up, but you may need a parent to help a little if you can't read yet. It is also good for kids going to camp and who are nervous about it. Hopefully it will help kids feel camp is so much fun. After they read it, they will say, "I want to go to camp; I want to go to camp! It sounds very fun!"
