Self-proclaimed medical intuitive and clairvoyant Nani (founder, Ctr. for Spiritual Responsibility) follows up her "Guidance 24/7: How To Open Your Heart and Let Angels into Your Life" with this New Age guide to identifying and overcoming what she calls limiting "tribal beliefs." Tribal beliefs are defined as "inherited ideas about the way life works" that stem from family, friends, work colleagues, society, and one's culture. Exercises and questions lead readers through an exploration of existing beliefs; teach how to recognize when these beliefs cause conflict with the soul; and offer advice for rewriting the beliefs so that they are no longer limiting one's potential. The goal is to raise spiritual vibrations to lead a happy, fulfilled life. Several examples drawn from Nani's experiences with her clients demonstrate success and failure with the process. Concepts are clearly explained through lucid prose, concise text boxes, and numerous lists. Recommended for fans of Eckhart Tolle and Jerry and Esther Hicks as well as for public libraries emphasizing New Age collections.Shawna Thorup, Fayetteville P.L., AR
