How do we know it is fall?

K-Gr 3-Through descriptive, easy texts, young readers learn how the seasons change and why, about changes in plants and animals, and how those in North America differ from those in other parts of the world. The books point out what clothing is worn at certain times of year, and what foods are popular. The page layout can seem a bit busy, but the minimal texts in a large font is accessible. The stock photographs throughout are vivid and appropriate; however some of the photographs with people look a bit staged.
