One Fell Swoop

Mezzo-soprano Renata Radleigh is in London, still trying to make it as a serious opera vocalist. It doesn't help that she misses her boyfriend, reporter Peter Lombardo, without whom she couldn't have cleared her brother, Don, of a murder.

Don's shady ways might not be over, though. Because now he's claiming to be a front man for a billionaire speculator who's buying up cheap property across St. Louis. And when Renata asks Peter to look into the situation, things start hitting a sour note. Especially when dead bodies start turning up.

It seems Renata and Peter have stumbled onto something sinister.
