The Dork Diaries Set

palindrome - In my personal opinion, Dork Diaries is not a very good book. From reading through the comments I can tell that it has a lot of fans, and that's terrific! I just don't really like the "text speak" and incorrect grammar that is used throughout the book. Also, I think that Nikki cares too much about boys, fashion and popularity; this kind of protagonist just doesn't seem like someone I'd like too read much about. I think that the stories would be more interesting if Nikki focused on less shallow, trivial matters. Of course, I don't mean to offend anyone who loves these books at all. I just wanted to share my personal opinion on these books. Admittedly, though, they are sometimes funny!
