Makichen, a self-proclaimed clairvoyant medium, believes that we are all reincarnated souls perpetually being reborn in order to learn, grow, and come closer to reaching karma; spirits seeking rebirth, he argues, are constantly searching for their next parents, or karmic pairings. Here, the author aims to help prospective parents help a child "find" them and create a welcoming and nurturing environment for him or her. In the first chapter, Makichen recalls his early communications with angels and other beings as well as his experience being guided by God in his work. Then, through a series of inspirational real-life examples, breathing exercises, and healing meditations, he enlightens parents about how they can help their child "find" them and assists in spiritually preparing them for their child's arrival, including dealing with unresolved issues. Makichen has a clear, easy-to-follow style that will endear him to New Age readers and anyone who believes in reading or playing music to fetuses to help develop their intelligence.
