Photographs and cartoon images with bright speech bubbles are included. Each page is purposefully crafted so that the illustration specifically matches the text. Maps, diagrams, a table of contents, and a glossary are included. If used in a classroom, this book would serve as an excellent example of how an author and illustrator use text features to help readers understand the content.
