One Minute Mysteries

Gr 3-6-Short brain teasers in story form demand logical thinking and the use of math to solve a mystery. Each selection is written on one page with the solution and a black-and-white illustration on the back. The problems vary in the level of math ability required to solve them. Teachers or parents could use this collection as brainstorming ideas or time fillers when something quick is needed to bring kids to focus on something together.
