Sullivan’s third Windfall Island contemporary (after Hideaway Cove) is fraught with intrigue. Paige Walker returns to her New England coastal home of Windfall Island after being identified as the actress in a notorious sex tape. Sexy attorney Alec Barclay initially judges Paige based on media coverage of the tape, but as he gets to know her better, he begins to fall in love with her. She has to decide whether she can forgive his initial distrust and embark on a relationship. Meanwhile, Paige undergoes DNA testing to see whether she could be related to the Stanhope heiress who went missing more than 60 years before—but someone wants to make sure the heir is never found. Sizzling sex scenes form the framework of the novel, heightened by intense, simmering danger.
