Moss, a former MIT Media Lab director, offers an enthusiastic firsthand tour behind the lab's walls. Bruce Turk narrates the account of leading-edge multidisciplinary research and collaboration aimed at yielding future technologies such as artificial intelligence and robotics. In particular, Moss describes unorthodox approaches to managing creative individuals in varied work settings. Turk's narration is clear, measured, and appropriate to the subject matter. His blandness, however, does not provoke interest in a series of vignettes that ultimately do not connect in a provocative way.
