The taboo attraction between a police academy recruit and her instructor turns increasingly complicated.New York City Police Lt. Since Jack and Charlie have paired up with women they love, it's made both Danika and Greer restless. A relationship between them is off-limits since he's one of her instructors, but neither of them can ignore the pull they feel toward each other. When they finally give in to temptation, Greer formally requests a dispensation to pursue a relationship with her. His record has been so stellar that it's approved, but in the meantime, Danika unwittingly puts herself in danger, reminding Greer that getting close to anyone is a bad idea. This terrific series continues to entertain, buoyed by great writing, a unique setting, and a tough-yet-vulnerable cast of characters that comes alive on the page.Bailey delivers another winning Academy romance smoldering with sexual tension and emotional angst.
