Written just before Dr. Clifton's death in 2003, this audio lesson is about positive psychology as applied to day-to-day relationships. The program is a straightforward explanation of how relationships either fill or drain people's emotional buckets, depending on how much praise, recognition, criticism, and indifference is communicated. The practical material is presented with personal stories of how people's needs get met, how they handle relationship challenges, and what they can do to be more loving toward others. The narration by the principal author is endearing, but the content would be more enjoyable from a narrator with a less nasal tone and flat manner of speaking. T.W.
