Wyoming Heart

Narrator Todd McLaren's deep voice makes the listener envision a tough cowboy. Wanting to escape from money-hunting women, wealthy cattle rancher Cort Grier visits his cousin's ranch in Wyoming to work as a simple cowboy. Mina Michaels lives next door. McLaren voices Mina with a wispy quality that fits with her background; she grew up being abused by her mother and her mother's boyfriends. But Mina is also a novelist who has gone on missions with mercenaries for research, so listeners might expect a stronger tone from her. Sparks fly between Mina and Cort.
