Instant Pot Asian Pressure Cooker Meals

Food writer and cookbook author Tanumihardja grew up loving the dishes her mother prepared but fearing the sounds and movements of the pressure cooker required to make them. With the now ubiquitous availability of multifunction cookers like the Instant Pot�, those fears no longer apply and she has found that many favorite recipes are much easier to prepare.
