Blame It On Texas

Narrator Barbara McCulloh brings out the mystery and erotica in this romantic mystery. After watching a television show about unsolved cases, Zoe begins to question her childhood. She heads to Texas, where she crosses paths with Tyler, a private investigator who helps her discover the truth about her identity. McCulloh's Texas twang brings out Zoe's spunkiness and adds to the humor of Tyler's offhanded comments as he dodges bullets and a romantic entanglement with Zoe. He succeeds at one but not the other. Despite some edits that create odd starts and stops in mid-sentence, McCulloh's narration delivers the tension of the mystery and the candor of the steamy sex scenes.
