Into the Unknown

Jeffrey Brick breathes life into the small group of characters featured in this saga of the wilderness. Robert Parker, an Easterner who almost refuses to see danger in man or beast, follows the young "half-breed" Zach King into his family's secluded valley in the Rocky Mountains. Brick's poised narration balances the high action and ensuing suspense when three murderous prospectors kidnap Parker and Blue Water Woman, a member of the King family.
