Religious Krista is more than satisfied by her husband, Kendall, though he wishes she were a little more open-minded in the bedroom. LaQuandra and Isaiah's marriage is the most complicated, and bruised, of all three; she thinks he withholds sex because she hasn't given him a child (unlike his baby mother whom she knows he's still seeing). If Dr. Gretchen Dangerfield, the glamorous, sexy mastermind behind Passion Island's carefully plotted therapies and temptations, can't turn these marriages around, likely no one can.
