A year earlier, archaeologist Sophie Malone's visit to a small Irish island resulted in the unexpected discovery of Celtic treasure. Narrator Carol Monda relies on the supporting characters to exercise her skill with accents, providing a gentle Irish lit for Sophie's friends and family in Ireland and strong Boston accents for the police detectives.
