Members of feuding families bury the hatchet in Raye’s enjoyable second Rebel Moonshine contemporary (after Texas Thunder). The Tucker and Sawyer families, once partners in the manufacture of moonshine, have been enemies for years. Brandy Tucker is working hard to make a go of her bakery in the small town of Rebel, Tex., and needs to sell her latest moonshine recipe to a distiller in order to raise the funds to keep her business afloat. She definitely doesn’t need the distraction of Tyler McCall, a Sawyer descendant and professional bull rider whom she hooks up with when he is in town. Though Brandy is reluctant to let Tyler get to know her on a deep emotional level, assuming that the traveling rodeo rider will never settle down, she starts spending time with him and realizes that she actually likes him.
