After being unlawfully arrested for using their transit powers (essentially, teleportation) to rescue a politician's kidnapped nephew, brothers Dillon and Sean Kirrell find themselves with a decision to make: help the Human Assembly unravel the faction responsible for their unjust arrest, or walk away.
