mad4tennis - Dr. Franklin's Island, by Ann Halam is a book about about 3 teens who are the only survivors of of a plane crash that kills over 30 people. They end up stranded on a island that looks as though there is no human life on it. Weeks pass when suddenly they find a secret lab on the other side of the island. The mad scientist on the lab is trying to change humans in to animals and uses the three teen as the lab rats. This book was really creepy, and that's why I wouldn't highly recommend it, though if you like the Series of Unfortunate Events, then you might really enjoy it.
