Strange Fire

An ensemble of narrators explores Wallach's struggling new civilization. The Descendancy relies on faith to guide their principles and rejects all technology and new knowledge, as it poses a threat to their beliefs. When the Descendancy meets a new colony that threatens their values, brothers Clive and Clover find themselves at the center of the conflict. Subplots include family squabbles, intrepid journeys, and warring ideals as determined settlers battle one another to defend their ways of life.
