Narrator Kelly Dolan conveys great respect for his audience in his delivery of this well-crafted personal growth book. Its backdrop is the culture of literal Christianity, and its message is how a love of God can be expressed through Christian social enterprise--in this case, a collaboration with coffee growers in Rwanda. The author sees his church as a vehicle for economic and social justice. He makes the case that each of us has a cultural and spiritual heritage we should embrace, and a calling to help others in specific ways that we can nurture. In addition to the seamless blend of message and performance, what makes the audio memorable is Golden's openness in sharing his own journey, as well as his sensitive observations about how each of us can commit to our individual calling.
