Ravirn, direct descendant of one of the Fates, is providing moral support to lady friend Cerice while she pulls her computer-science dissertation together. Cerices research is in her webgoblins memory, and said webgoblin has gone to Hades. Ravirn swears to rescue goblin and data, though that requires invading hell. He succeeds but makes a permanent enemy of the god Hades. And returning from hell has changed him, even more than his grandmothers decree of exile. Then his webgoblin gets a virus, he goes to work 24/7, and new enemies arise hourly.
