Cure Your Cravings

A Russian immigrant who has known deprivation and oppression says we all have the tools to overcome bad habits. Instead of staying locked in the tyranny of addiction and cravings, people can use self-directed thoughts to tune out wrong-headed cultural ideals and misinformation about self-esteem and personal responsibility. He describes an energy potential called bioenergy that can be directed in verbal and physical ways to break addictive patterns and perform other transformations, including healing. There are written and spoken instructions on how to activate this energy with our hands and fingers.
