White Shotgun

WHITE SHOTGUN is an intense thriller about a female FBI agent who ends up spying on (and helping) her relatives in Italy as part of an organized crime investigation. The audiobook works so well mainly because of narrator Deirdre Lovejoy, who can skillfully pull emotion out of the simplest situations. At once authoritative and friendly, her performance is compelling and passionate--just try to stop listening. She even manages to create an Italian-El Salvadoran accent and make it work.
