Eye-catching images pop on the page, and the use of bright hues behind the text makes the words stand out even more clearly. The inclusion of both a picture glossary and a hands-on activity reinforces the information and should appeal to students with different learning styles. VERDICT A well-designed addition to elementary science and technology collections.
