Slan Hunter

A.E. van Vogt's most popular work tells the poignant story of Jommy Cross, a member of the race of Slan who, because of their telepathic ability, are persecuted by the human race. Now, in 2007, Kevin J. Anderson has written the sequel that was started but not finished by van Vogt himself before his death. The audiobook begins with an open letter from van Vogt's widow, explaining the origin and development of this novel. The story then starts right in, beginning immediately after the events in SLAN, and containing many of the same characters.
