In this live lecture, popular body/mind author Borysenko discusses the relationship between body, mind, and soul, and offers strategies--including chants and meditations--for increasing personal power in your everyday life. In a light, musical voice, remarkably like actress Shelly Long's, Borysenko delivers her remarks with mild, self-deprecating humor. The program is disjointed, however, due to the fact that it is presented on two cassettes when it could have fit nicely on one. The production quality is also disappointing.
