He discusses the typical challenges facing business executives, covering in various chapters mission statements and goals, time management, difficult decisions, marketing, hiring and firing, the philosophy of selling, money and debt management, planning for the future, communicating, contracts and vendors, compensation plans, and delegation. While none of this is new territory, Ramsey offers sound leadership advice that will click with any executive or mid-level manager, and his passion is evident in his folksy, down-to-earth narration.
