Anxiety is a part of everyday life, and learning to deal with it is a process that never seems to end. Mingyur offers an approach--steeped in Buddhist teachings--for dealing with anxiety in a positive and productive manner. His book is easily understood without any background in Buddhism or meditation. Further, its accessibility is increased by its conversational tone and by Feodor Chin's easy-to-listen-to narration. Chin is engaged and earnest in presenting the author's reflections on his youth and on issues that have come up in the course of his teaching.
