Seattle Seahawks football coach Carroll (www.petecarroll.com) and on-air sports analyst/host Roth present Carroll's "Win Forever" philosophy (among the tenets: always compete), drawing on his own experiences playing and coaching the game, lessons he's learned from coaching legends such as Lou Tice and Tim Gallwey, and the soul searching that followed some significant professional failures in his adult life. As Carroll says, his job is to "create situations where players develop the confidence to set their talents free and pursue their potential to its full extent." No rest needed between discs, as Carroll's narration is no-nonsense and accessible. For leaders interested in the linkage between business improvement and sporting success.--M.
