When Sabrina Bradley, a young African American woman who works at a morning TV talk show, secretly agrees with her overbearing boss to take part in a segment on keeping New Year's resolutions in exchange for a promotion, she finds the hardest resolution to keep is her decision not to fall in love. Taking more than a passing interest in Sabrina is handsome producer Avery Benjamin, who also happens to be engaged to Sabrina's boss. This charming, successful Christian man intrigues Sabrina, but she knows that she will be throwing away her career if she returns his affections. This pleasant office romance from the author of Stacy's Wedding will appeal to young working women and fans of girlfriend fiction. Ford resides near St. Louis, MO.
