And her appealing vocal presence will also help listeners overlook the phrasing glitches that appear throughout the audio--mainly out-of-place pauses that interrupt the otherwise natural rhythms of her speech. The principal author, Temple Grandin, who is autistic, shares her ongoing inquiry into the ways she is different and how neuroscience understands autism thus far.
