Publisher Llewellyn's offering synthesizes the many facets and approaches to mindfulness into one personable volume. The authors, both with specialties in yoga therapy, include contributions from other meditation practitioners and teachers to show readers how to improve their well-being in a variety of ways, including labyrinth walking, conscious eating, grounding techniques, or by simply focusing on their breath. The message is that there is no one right way to accomplish these goals--a welcome relief for those who can't seem to "do it right." VERDICT Highly recommended for all self-help and mindfulness collections.
