Rockmore and Welch--cofounders of Buttoned Up, Inc., a line of products and a popular blog on organization (getbuttonedup.com)--teach readers how to set realistic goals. They reproach the media for its images of perfection ("org porn") and offer anecdotes and advice from experts and others on juggling the many tasks of life. They discuss the need to say no, delegate, and eliminate excuses. While the guidance Rockmore and Welch offer would be helpful for anyone, many of their examples and situations relate to children, teens, and home life. Mothers and women in their twenties and thirties would most likely find the advice particularly appropriate.
